April was a busy and exciting month for Qtum, check out the announcement for Qtum AI, the latest roadmap updates and events.

Today, we are unveiling stage 1, which is the chatbot and image generator. The next two stages will include the modeling layer and finally the decentralized economy layer, which will blend everything together on the Qtum blockchain.

As we approach the end of Q1, we would like to update our community on the progress we have made in achieving our 2024 roadmap, which we announced on January 31st, 2024.

As the number of blockchain protocols increases, the demand to move assets across chains consequently increases. One way to meet this demand is through bridges.

We have just released our roadmap for 2024 and one of the developments we are most excited about is the integration of ordinals into Qtum.

On January 2, 2024, a strong earthquake with a magnitude of 7.6 hit central Japan, specifically the Ishikawa Prefecture. To show our unity and support to the affected communities, Qtum is joining the #web3prayforjapan" campaign launched by Palette Chain.

Amidst their surging popularity, a new entrant, Bitcoin Ordinals, has stirred the blockchain community, introducing a novel way of inscribing blockchain transactions with metadata, mainly images, eliminating minting a separate token, as with NFTs.
